British Mastitis Conference 2011
Kilco (International Ltd) are delighted to be one of the sponsors of the British Mastitis Conference 2011. After the successful move in 2010, this year’s conference is again being held at the Sixways Stadium, Sixways, Worcester, WR3 8ZE on Wednesday 2 November 2011. Topics for 2011 include an update on teat preparation alongside the relationship between mastitis and Bactoscans. There will be four papers in the research update session, with the afternoon presentations looking at antimicrobials in mastitis control and the influence of large herds on udder health from both a farmer and veterinary surgeon view point.
The target audience includes veterinary surgeons, advisors and consultants, milking machine, pharmaceutical and chemical representatives, policy makers, government, academics, milk processors, buyers and supermarkets together with funding bodies and other professionals active in the field.
