Virex used in coffee plantation in Guatemala

Our distributor in Guatemala is very interested in agricultural applications of Virex. Exbiosa is carrying out trials on various fruits and vegetables. I visited a coffee plantation where Virex (known locally as Viroflex) is being used to treat Roya fungus which destroys plants and devastates crops. The trials are being overseen by Ing. Juan Carlos Gutierrez who is Exbiosa’s agricultural technical and commercial manager. He is pictured with Dr Santos from Exbiosa in the first photograph. An application of Virex applied as a fine mist or spray appears to kill the fungus and help the coffee plant to recover. Other pictures show before and after shots.
